And she really did such a great job in first removing the weft and then putting Russian hair extensions with her technique. We have applied 130 lock of hair. I had a wonderful experience at Alina’s hair extension salon. First of all, the salon itself is beautiful, impeccably clean, and has the cutest atmosphere. It is very girly, with gorgeous pink décor that makes you feel comfortable and welcomed as soon as you walk in. Alina and her colleague were both incredibly kind, professional, and attentive throughout the entire appointment. They removed my previous extensions very gently and carefully, gave me a lovely shampoo, and then reapplied my extensions using a beautiful technique. The micro bonds are completely invisible and so comfortable that I cannot feel them at all. I have now been wearing the extensions for a week, and I can honestly say they are absolutely stunning and incredibly comfortable. They blend so naturally with my own hair that they genuinely look like my real hair. I have had extensions before, but these are by far the best I have ever had. Alina is extremely talented and clearly takes great pride in her work. The attention to detail, the quality of the application, and the overall result are exceptional. One of the best experiences I’ve ever had with hair extensions. I came in with badly done, very bulky extensions that were painful and didn’t allow me to style my hair at all, and she completely fixed everything for me.

Ladies, please think carefully before going to this salon (if you can call it that).
I chose it based on reviews and ratings, but my experience was completely different from my expectations. It was already clear during the appointment that something was wrong – it was practically impossible to get through by phone, and communication was extremely poor. Now I realize that this was the first warning sign.
When I arrived, it became obvious that the reality was nothing like what was shown in the ads. The hair selection was minimal (literally a few options), and there was no selection as promised.
And yet, the prices are premium. And this is key: for the same price, I was getting my hair redone in a five-star hotel salon, where four stylists worked on me simultaneously, quickly, efficiently, and with full service, rather than under some incomprehensible circumstances.
Here, there's just one stylist, working alone for about five hours, and the results are incomparable. They'd ask the client to go for a walk in between because the salon simply doesn't have the specialists to complete the work on time.
It's also important to note that the salon doesn't offer basic services: • no hair washing • coloring (because there aren't enough specialists) • no styling or any kind of care
So, it's essentially a very limited service, but at the price of a full premium service, which usually includes all of that.
The service is practically nonexistent. The premises are bare bones—it feels like you've come to a random place around the corner, without proper infrastructure, rather than a professional salon.
I'd also like to point out the very strange payment system. They refused to accept cards, insisting on cash. They ultimately offered payment by phone, but there's no terminal or cash register. For a business with such prices, this seems extremely unprofessional and raises serious questions.
Now the most important thing is the result and the aftereffects. I've been getting extensions for many years, and I've never had such damaged hair after removal. I got extensions from this stylist in January and got them removed in March. I simply had no hair left. Everything broke off along the length. After that, I went to another specialist, and they clearly explained to me that the work was done poorly: • too many capsules were placed for my hair type, on a strand that was too thin. • this caused constant stress. • the hair didn't just "fall out," but broke off along the length (in the middle). • removal was painful, which also indicates improper technique.
And this is the key point: the problem isn't how much hair fell out—that's normal. The problem is that the hair breaks, and that's a clear sign of improper work.
As for the stylist, they claim to have extensive experience (20 years), but unfortunately, this doesn't reflect on the quality. Experience is a factor, but it doesn't equal professionalism. And it's unclear where this woman got her experience.
Furthermore, the service was quite rude. When I gently pointed out the discrepancy between the service and the price, the response was inappropriate, with the blunt message, "If I don't like something, I can get out of here" (I adore the service of this culture 👌🏼), and I essentially lost my client's desire. As a result, the work was never completed.
Result: — Inflated prices without an appropriate level — Lack of basic services — Solo work and excessively long hours — Poor service — Strange payment system — Poor-quality equipment, resulting in damaged hair — Unpleasant customer service
I would categorically not recommend wasting your time or money here. For the same amount of money, you can get much better results, faster, safer for your hair, and with decent service at other salons.

I am extremely disappointed with this experience. I paid €600 for hair extensions that were supposed to be “great quality,” yet they started shedding almost immediately and were basically gone within two months. I’ve worn extensions for years and have never had anything fall apart like this. I know fully how to care for extensions and I have never paid this much for hair, so of course I was extra careful.
What feels even worse is the way the situation was handled. Every time I contacted her, she told me to “come in” so she could see the hair — even though she has always known that I don’t live in France. Because of this, it really feels like she gave me poor-quality hair knowing I wouldn’t be able to come back in person to address the issue. And instead of offering any real help, she eventually blocked me.
My previous extensions lasted over a year; these barely lasted weeks. Between the terrible quality and the lack of accountability, this experience felt completely unprofessional. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
Alina did SO amazing on my hair! Her technique is so seamless, you can’t even tell I have extensions! I always thought I had to have wayyy too much hair, making it really heavy, in order for it to blend but it’s really not about that! It’s all about the technique and hers is FLAWLESS! She took into consideration the weight of the extensions and me being 9 months pregnant going to be dealing with potential postpartum hair loss. She made me feel so welcomed from start to finish.
